| 1 | Pocketless Pita Bread |
| 4 | Tablespoons, divided, Chile Ginger Sauce |
| 1/4 | Cup Chopped Onion |
| 1/2 | Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese |
| 3 | Thin Slices Pepperoni - optional |
| For each pocket less pita bread, spread 2 Tablespoons Chile Ginger sauce on top of bread. Sprinkle with onion and cheese. Spread the remaining 2 Tablespoons of Chile Ginger sauce over the cheese. Top with pepperoni if using. | |

Place the pizza's on a cookie sheet and bake in pre-heated 400 degree oven for about 4 minutes or until cheese melts and the bread is golden brown on the edges. |
