Medium Heat. Our Ketchup has a kick to it that wakes the taste buds without overpowering
the flavor of the food. Kickin' Ketchup gets it's kick from chipotle chiles and black pepper. The
addition of brown sugar, molasses and a bit of a "crunch" from onions, balances out the flavors.
 
Why black pepper in ketchup? Well, to be honest, I got tired of sprinkling black pepper on my
French fries only to have it fall off when you pick up the fry. So, into the ketchup it went.
Now, that's a GREAT tasting ketchup!
