the taste buds without overpowering the flavor of the food. Kickin' Ketchup gets it's kick from chipotle chiles and black pepper. The addition of brown sugar, molasses and a bit of a "crunch" from onions, balances out the flavors. |
Why
black pepper in ketchup? Well, to be honest, I got tired of sprinkling
black pepper on my French fries only to have it fall off when you pick up the fry. So, into the ketchup it went. Now, that's a GREAT tasting ketchup! |
