High Heat. Habanero Heat with a BEET! While
our Habanero Blaze is HOT, our hot sauces are not developed for the
sole purpose to burn! Our chefs insist that recipes be FLAVORFUL
first.
Habanero peppers are somewhat bitter, therefore habanero sauces have
several forms of sugar added to them, usually molasses and corn syrup.
Unfortunately, the molasses dulls the pretty "scralet red" of
the habanero peppers. |

Our
marketing director disliked this change to the red of the peppers, so
the challenge was on to come up with a Scarlet Habanero Sauce! We took
out the molasses and added peaches and beets! Beets are very SWEET and
they are SCARLET!. The peaches add such a wonderful flavor that you
will just not believe what a wonderful hot sauce we have created! Now
don't be fooled.....this is a HOT sauce! |
