A Little Something About Chile Chile Bang Bang®
Let me
introduce myself. My name is Mary Slusarchuk. I have been a homemaker
for 35
years. I love to cook and have spent years developing tasty recipes for my
family and friends to
enjoy. In 1999, my husband
was "downsized" out of his job. Like most men in their 50's, it
was
very difficult to find another job. Family and friends have always urged us
to "market" some of
the recipes that I have been cooking for years. Since my husband was unemployed,
we decided
to start our own business. Chile Chile
Bang Bang® was born.
Ladies and Gents, start your cooking!
Chile Ginger Sauce is our
first product. I developed
this recipe as a dipping sauce for deep fried fish and chicken nuggets. Gradually,
I started
incorporating the sauce into stir fries. Since it has been on the market,
I've heard stories of
people using it on their French fried potatoes, hot dogs, hamburgers, and
using it to marinate
chicken before grilling. I even had a gentleman tell me that he uses it in
his pasta! Needless to
say, anything goes, so use your imagination to develop tasty meals for your
family. This sauce
has a unique flavor and is fresh in taste with no artificial preservatives
added.

mixes. We are a small company and our food products taste fresh. We cook and
process our
products in small quantities. My husband and I taste each batch that is processed
to assure that
you will have the most wonderful and flavorful product available. Our products

taste of good old-fashioned home cooking!
